I provide one-on-one coaching for those looking to heal and transform into the most authentic version of themselves. I offer a well-rounded, holistic style of coaching because I believe each person is unique, with their own set of needs, desires, and goals, all of which deserve to be addressed. I combine my years of personal experience, formal health education, and yogic knowledge to create a mindful approach to help you feel your best.
In our sessions, we will work together in a judgement free space to identify the imbalances in your life and address important changes to be made. Together we will explore, adjust, and enhance certain areas of your lifestyle that contribute to your overall well-being, such as your relationship with yourself and others, career, spirituality, home environment, self-care, nutrition, physical activity, and more.
To put it simply, my purpose is to support, guide, motivate, educate, strengthen and empower you to reach your goals and facilitate healing. Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that restore balance and transform your life.
