My approach is multi-layered and rooted in the belief that true, deep healing engages the whole person; mind, body and spirit. I use food, movement, and lifestyle as my medicine, and believe that the body has a powerful, innate ability to heal itself if we allow it to do so.
Achieving a healthy lifestyle does not need to be complicated or stressful! I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. I will guide you to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, you will find the changes collectively create a much larger impact than they originally expected. We work on what you want to improve, within the circumstances of your unique situation, one day at a time.
